Position Overview:
We are seeking a friendly, organized, and dependable Front Desk Medical Receptionist to join our growing physical therapy team. This role is the first point of contact for our patients and plays a vital part in keeping the clinic running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet patients warmly and provide exceptional customer service
- Schedule appointments and manage the daily clinic schedule
- Verify patient demographics and insurance information
- Collect copays and process payments
- Answer phones, return messages, and respond to inquiries
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Coordinate communication between patients, therapists, and staff
- Support front desk operations and assist with administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- Previous medical office or receptionist experience preferred
- Experience in physical therapy, orthopedic, or outpatient medical settings is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Basic computer skills; EMR/EHR experience preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Professional, positive, and patient-focused attitude
